Getting your fab new byFIG item is always an exciting time. We ship worldwide so take a look below how we deliver.

 

AUSTRALIA

Within Australia, our orders are delivered via the Australia Post Express Service.

When you spend $150 or more at byFIG, we’ll express post your order to you free! 

For orders less than $150, we’ll express post your order for a flat rate of $11.00 (domestic orders only).

Orders that we receive before 1pm ACST time* on a business day are sent that day. Our aim is to post your order within 2 working days.

The Australia Post Express Post Service network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Damage or loss in transit is rare but if it happens byFIG will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

New Zealand

We have a $13.00 flat rate delivery fee for by FIG customers in New Zealand. New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this. Parcels take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

International Postage

If you’re a byFIG customer not living in Australia, you can still look fab in our fashion. You’ll pay a flat overseas freight charge of AUS$30 plus AUS$5 per item to us and then it’ll be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Approximate exchange rates - freight US$20.00 + US$3.50 per item or freight £17.00 + £3.00 per item. NOTE these prices will change depending on daily exchange rates.

Out of Stock items

We update our byFIG online store product availability daily. Sometimes another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we’ll notify you within one business day that we won’t be able to deliver your byFIG item in the usual delivery period.

If it’s an item we no longer have – we’ll give you a refund immediately. Or if it’s an item that is coming back in stock, we’ll let you know when it arrives and offer you the choice of waiting for it or receiving a refund.
