Returning a byFIG item

At byFIG we’re 100% about authenticity. If you’ve found your new item isn’t quite right or you need a different size, we’ll be happy to help.

To start your return process, please log in to your account.

 The byFIG "Authentic" 30 Day Return

We want you to always look fabulous in your byFIG item. Even though online shopping for clothing is easy, it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first.

If you find that your byFIG item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days. Just ensure it has the label attached, your item is unworn and in the original condition.

Our 30 days return offers you a choice of a full refund or exchange. The refund amount you will receive for your item doesn’t include the postage charges.

byFIG even covers the return postage for our Australian shoppers. If you’re overseas, you will have to pay for the return postage costs.

To return your byFIG item, simply follow the steps of returning your item by logging into your byFIG account.

Once you’ve completed your details, print off the returns postage label and stick it on the byFIG packaging or a similar satchel. Then drop it off at your Australia Post Office, or a red post box and you're sorted.

If you’re wanting a refund, please allow a 2-3 workings days for the refund amount to appear on the credit card you purchased your item with.

 

What if my item is faulty? 

We pride ourselves on the meticulous quality of our byFIG fashion range and we certainly hope you never receive a faulty product from us.

If on the rare occasion it happens, please email enquiries@byfig.com to let us know and we’ll replace the item or refund your purchase. In the instance where there are no items left in your size or colour, we’ll let you know so you can choose what you’d like to do.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, drop us an email at enquiries@byfig.com so we can put the item you’d like on hold for you. We’d hate for you to miss out.

Just make a note of your order number and the particular style number and name you’re after. We’ll hold your item for a week whilst waiting for your returned item to arrive at byFIG.

 

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at enquiries@byfig.com. No cancellation fees will apply. Once an order has been processed it can’t be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Be 100% authentic

We want you to wear your authenticity your way. Feel free to order byFIG items in different styles and sizes. Try them on with the rest of your wardrobe, ask for a second opinion and have time to think about it. Then return what isn’t right for you.
